Yep, sure is. Hasn't been a good month for them. Didn't ROCA also send a new air defence missile complex back to NCSIST this month because it you know, didn't work?

Never heard of the company till today. Seems like a third tier civilian firm that agreed to do military work if there is any truth to the rumor.
How could you have not? Bingo Intelligent Aviation Technology is a titan of the Chinese military-industrial complex standing head and shoulders above mere dwarfs like AVIC and Norinco.

So this is the "lethal aid" China is sending Russia that the US is screeching and crying about. Between this and the weather balloon, I can say that I was wrong about the US becoming more like India. The US is outdoing India; India looks like a paragon of measured rationality in comparison.

A relatively little-known company like Bingbo Intelligent, however, is precisely the conduit through which China might wish to transfer drones to Russia. Plausible deniability etc. I'm not saying that's a bad thing; on the contrary, I'd like to see more signs that China is helping Russia.

The two founders are graduates from NWPU. The company is also 1677272589961.png 就业实习基地 for NWPU graduates. I don't know how to translate that. What I can say is that the company has very deep relationship to NWPU which is something that the big names like DJI don't have. It is possible that it is a front-end commercial entity of NWPU. Essentially this company is immune to US sanctions and are well protected by the state.

The western report could be very likely just part of smear campaign to justify the recent sanction on NWPU by US. But if hypothetically China is going to aid Russia in UCAV through commercial channel, this company could be more capable than anybody.
