It's Algeria.

Do you have a source? I ask because Algeria is speculated (all but confirmed) to have placed a further order for CH-4s (see my last post). I wonder if this got confused with the WJ-700 order. It's of course entirely possible that Algeria had placed orders for both systems.

Some screen captures of a video that I cannot locate. It shows weapons test from a WJ-700 UAV. The video also mentions an order worth ¥1 billion ($145 million) had been placed for the drone by a foreign customer.

Missile shown is anti-radiation missile. Are there existing UCAVs with the capability of firing anti-radiation missiles?

Probably comes with missiles and other goodies.
When it comes to drones people tend to not realise the size of them. I think no cockpit and the fact that many drones look similar is to blame.

WJ-700 is an absolute beast, it's also turbojet driven. Not comparible to your typical cheap turboprop predator clone.

For an American version you would need to add a zero to end of the price.
