More like the regional hawk, heh. Weird that it's taken so long for this bird to reappear (if it does at all).
We first saw photos of it around 2008-2009.

Hopefully they've made some improvements.

It is all black now, like another famous bird.

I'd certainly call that an improvement :p

Are there any physical changes like bulges for SAR or ISR antennaes, EO turret installed, or is it still a clean plane?
Waiting for photos :D

You can somehow tell the Chinese is getting better at the UAV department...it was only years ago that the civilian side began to churn out fully assembled RV helicopters that even a layman can buy and play (those things used to be pretty pricy and you got only Japanese, European or American kits), some I saw even have simple fixed video cam...
Then think about what they can do with serious "for work" UAV...

Me to ... and regarding the size, the name "Reginal Hawk" is fitting better.

Besides that are there any news about that 'nice' joined-wing UAV (I think it was from Guizhou) ??

So, I have a few things I want to say about this. I think the appearance of this uav (which does not look PSed), whatever and from whoever it is, can lead us to believe that models of these kind of uav's at various past zhuhai airshows do have credit behind them and that we can probably see their prototypes within a few years (xianglong, pterodactyl, CH-3, and now this uav has all shown it quite reliably)

Therefore, I think in a few years we can look forward to this:

Not completely BS considering huitong says an X-45/X-47B class ucav by SAC will be flown in a year or so. The Warrior Eagle UCAV above certainly looks like it fits that category.

Next, it's a freaking boxed wing UAV!! gotta hand it to whoever made this. Not even LH and NG have a real prototype of it yet I believe.

Just a reminder, when we are all concentrating "Chinese version of X-37B" UCAV... anyone have any update on the used-to-be-big-shot 暗剑 "shadow sword"?
