High-rez photos of CH-4 at the test range, being remote controlled from '1000 km' away via satellite.

But, where, are long awaited turboprops UAVs. Wing Loong I and CH 4 are nice, but theirs payload is unsufficient , for combat missions. Reapers rivals needed ASAP !

They are already flying ! The next steps are both the Wing Loong II and the CH-5.

I remember CH 5 video, from last year, and some Wing Loong II advertising posters, maybe a little later after the video ...

But, no news about them, since then, and thats a bit annoying. I desperately, need to see at least one of them in serial production and combat engagments. Quite a lot of tasks, conventional aviation is performing is Syria, could be substituted, with drones, with payload nearing one tone of missiles and bombs. Hopefully, I wont be needing to wait much more, for some good news about them. Its irritating only USA has turboprop UCAV in opertional use, and that needs to change !

I can fully understand Your feelings - I have the same with the new LRIP-J-20s, the FC-31.V2 and many other projects .... but it seems as if there are different "feelings" in mind of PR between the PLA and AVIC on the one side and us on the other one.

Yes, sadly. I am chinese fighters fan too, but they have much longer evaluation cycle than drones. And drones are much more needed the current wars across Syria and Iraq. Its a shame, there are still no CH5 or Wing Loong II over the battlefield. These drone today, would mean, similar, what IL 2 shturmovics used to be

CH 4, proved well in Iraq, but payload is big shortcoming of UAV s with piston engines
