Israeli Iron Fist and Trophy systems are Hard-Kill systems and have in combat successfully defeated Kornet-E ATGM. According to their marketing material, 360' protection is provided including attacks from higher elevations.
Russian T-14 has Afghanit hard-kill launchers but don't think they can defend against top attacks. Launchers are fixed on the sides of the turret.
South Korean K-2 Black Panther Product Improvement Program (PIP) will include hard-kill APS among other things, but don't know whether it includes protection against top attacks.
