Israeli Iron Fist and Trophy systems are Hard-Kill systems and have in combat successfully defeated Kornet-E ATGM. According to their marketing material, 360' protection is provided including attacks from higher elevations.
Russian T-14 has Afghanit hard-kill launchers but don't think they can defend against top attacks. Launchers are fixed on the sides of the turret.
South Korean K-2 Black Panther Product Improvement Program (PIP) will include hard-kill APS among other things, but don't know whether it includes protection against top attacks.

I don't know to what level of modularity the Trophy system can be built, but thus far there have been no photographs of Trophy launchers that point upward. The T-14 looks to have an APS-like device that fire upwards but it is unknown if it is an actual APS or a smoke grenade dispenser.
Numerous modernized MBTs have hard-kill APS, including (but not limited to) the Type 99A, M1A3, Merkava Mk. 4, K-2, T-90MS, T-14, and possibly the VT-4, but few, if any, of them have skyward coverage.
Are you sure the 99A has a hard-kill APS? The only one I'm aware of is the soft-kill laser dazzler.

T-14 hard-kill is only from the sides and not for Top-Attack. There is a soft-kill system for top-attack. A system with 2x dozen cartridge on top. The Afghanit hard-kill launchers are not installed on top.
Trophy and Iron Fist can be rotated and elevated. Thats how they provide 360'
