CSSC is making some really big moves. Although, I'm not sure Chinese stocks will ever go that high, because they keep expanding into each other's backyard.
Correct me if I an wrong, but CSSC is thr builder of a large civilian ships and military ships after the merger this year. It is THE ship builder of China owning most of the pie.
It has a lot of other business like wind turbine and hydrogen production. Those are some of the fiercest competitive industries. I think it also does chips and stuff.
new battery electric inland river container ship carrying 64TEU has entered service. 3.86MWh battery that can be swapped in 2.5 hours.
Watched this last night. Electrification of river transport is still in its infancy. Need massive buildup of charging infrastructure first.
of course, we are still in the early stages of electrification of shipping.

Shandong haiyun will build 10 325,000-ton Very Large Ore Carriers (VLCCs) of the X82DF-E series, capable of operating multiple fuels including fuel oil, methanol, and ethanol.
CSSC Waigaoqiao has already delivered 29 vessel this year, which is 7 more than target after a 158k ton Suezmax crude oil tanker got delivered to Norway's Frontline.
