I had been assuming that the new DUVi was entirely domestic. A translation states the following with respect to imported components: ". . . mainly concentrated in ultra-high precision optical materials, vacuum systems, sensor core components"

all core components are domestically produced except some non-core parts like sensors , shock absorbers and some optical material.. in this article they mentioned, the imported components are not the bottleneck.. work on domestic replacement going on..

this is also the first time, they wrote a complete article about domestic immersion Lithography on mainstream Website.. interesting

He's a content aggregator, he's pulling numbers from old (~2020) articles which themselves just circulate unsourced claims and supposed R&D targets. Garbage in, garbage out.

The best that can be said about it is that it's outdated.

From a credible official source back in 2021 RS-LASER DUVi laser should be around 10 and 15mJ who I think translate at 6KHz roughly between 60 and 90 Watts. Basically world class.

The KrF laser is about 40W

Where are you getting 12-15mJ from? The full paper lists 6-12mJ which at 6Hz is 36-72W.
