Why did no one run Geekbench on X90 given that it can use Windows?

It can't. Maybe in a Windows virtual machine, which then renders the scores useless. There should be a way to run Geekbench natively because there is a ARM Linux version of Geekbench and the HarmonyOS kernel is Linux-compatible. Maybe Geekerwan will figure it out.

The PC version of HarmonyOS uses the HarmonyOS NEXT kernel and is not compatible with Linux programs.

I've been following this "Series of usa containing China's semiconductor industry". Almost every single step has backfired on then for past 6-7 years and they still don't learn. It's just unbelievable how incompetent the whole government is, both Democrats and Republicans.

I believe the goals have changed from attempting to maintain a technological edge over China (which the US have realized is futile) to containment via market exclusion and tech decoupling.

Nvidia is evaluating how to address the China market after the U.S. government placed limits on sales of its Hopper H20 chip there but will not put out another version from the Hopper series, CEO Jensen Huang said on Saturday.

Asked what their next chip for China after the H20 was, he said: "It's not Hopper because it's not possible to modify Hopper anymore," Huang said, according to a livestream posted by Taiwan's Formosa TV News network.

S tier means they will be operating at the very top.
The S tier stuff comes from Japanese tier lists if i'm not mistaken
