In my view, China should negotiate and work out a deal with the Dutch. Its not worth blowing up relations over this, since thay is probably what the US wanted when it forced the Dutch. Its a big win for the US sadly.

You used to say that China needs to plead for better relations with the US, give up land to India to please them because apparently, barren mountains aren't worth anything, and here you are again. Who are the Dutch? What does it matter whose side they are on? They are nobody in the world, an insect that could live or die without others knowing or caring. China's self-sufficiency in lithography will bury them along with their masters, whether we want to or not, simply because the Western lithography chain is tied together. If they were pro-China, we wouldn't even know where to put them! Yeah, it's a big win for the US to be making no cars, unable to get rare earths and now they get to watch the EU/Dutch suffer the same fate. They win the Schadenfreude Award bigly.
