No.
You can only find huawei in MEMS and packaging area. Doing 7nm chips is not easy. Huawei's advanced chipmaking effort is at PXW and that is only starting production this year.
Huawei is great, but we are seriously in danger of getting absorbed into idol worship at this point

Those reports are not free. That's how they make money. Their subscribers are unlikely to post entire reports on public forums as it would be against their service agreement. But they would make some information public.
