I am a bit confused on what has been officially announced.

The Mate 60 pro website at huawei dot com does not appear to mention 5G nor does it state what the main processor is. Is still just rumours and speculation?

From JD.com,it seems to indicate that Mate 60 pro does not support 5G network

In the official Huawei store on Vmall they don't mention 4G either. They just didn't include that section about network information at all, which in my opinion is an indication that it is 5G. In previous 4G phones they have network section which explicitly lists the 4G bands. I just saw in an unboxing video that they don't show this information in the phone OS either. Even in the data indicator it doesn't say weather it is 4G or 5G, which all seems to indicate that it is 5G.

There will be a 4G and 5G version of Mate 60. It's quite possible this original version on sale is 4G and they are waiting a little while longer for the 5G release. Remember, the unveiling is supposed to be Sep 10/12th range. So, mark your calendars and wait. More details will come out. Until then, this is what I've found to be most credible so far

12-core SoC with GPU that may have yet to be installed with it

I wonder if this early release is to just greet Raimondo with a big FU

wait a little while longer and news will all come out. So much speculations online right now.

According to a large number of videos testing network speed, it is indeed at the level of 5G.
