According to the introduction of SDIC Chuanghe, High Frequency Technology was established in 1999, focusing on providing integrated water treatment system solutions for high-end electronics industries such as semiconductors and displays, and continuously developing and optimizing high-end ultra-pure water preparation, wastewater treatment technologies and system equipment. The team has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor water system industry, and has long served customers such as SMIC, Texas Instruments, Youyan Semiconductor, Yandong Microelectronics, Geke Microelectronics, Jita Semiconductor, and Tongwei Solar.

Tianyancha news shows that High Frequency Technology was established in 1999 with a registered capital of 35.86054174 million yuan. It has completed multiple rounds of financing. Investors include Shenzhen Venture Capital and Zhichen Investment.

Are these ALD can be used for Chips (SMIC, HuaHong) as well? I have never heard of this company before
