45 wet processing equipments of Dianke Equipment entered the domestic mainstream 8-inch chip production line

Double 8-inch full-line automatic wet handling equipment independently developed by Dianke Equipment 45 has been introduced into the main domestic FAB factory. The entire equipment line meets the 8-inch 90nm-130nm process node and is suitable for wet chemical processes in the 8-12 inch BCD chip process.

According to the 45th Electrical Equipment Institute, their self-developed full-line equipment meets the operating standards of the factory's main 8-inch FAB wet process equipment, which includes wet chemistry in the BCD chip process. 8 inch, and realize fully automatic wet degassing, Wet etching, wet metal etching, RCA cleaning, Marangoni drying and other processes.

Dianke Equipment 45 is one of the largest semiconductor wet process equipment suppliers in China. Through continuous breakthroughs in key core technologies, it has formed four series of tank cleaning equipment, single chip cleaning equipment, drying equipment and electrochemical deposition ECD equipment. A total of more than 8,000 sets of equipment have been delivered to domestic users, widely used in integrated circuits, discrete devices, complex semiconductors, MEMS sensors, optoelectronics, base materials and other industries.

what would be CHIP4 impact on China?

China is ahead of the US and the west... The US is using their dollar and EDA, IP semiconductor to take their monopoly on semiconductors... "Chip 4" and "chip bill" only prevent those companies from investing into China

@olalavn Sir I'm intrigue regarding Huawei supposed 10nm chip, since ASML is restricted in selling DUVL to them, how can they able to FAB it using SMEE SSA800? I assumed they received a unit via ICRD , want to hear your opinion?
