Do you have a discrete graph of the ASML sales in China? Like How many ArFi, ArF dry, KrF systems they are selling in China.
It's seems that Nikon systems are starting to get more popular inside China this year.
I don’t think ASML had publish that type of data, at least not with their financial results. I’ll look more to see if there’s any data like that or if there’s data we can use to derive breakdown of China’s purchase of ASML.

interesting observation/comment on Nikon. I thought, from their last financial report, not much activities. Looks like in their FY22 (ending March '22), they sold 9 new and 18 refurbished systems over the entire year.

@tokenanalyst, are most of the system you see mostly refurbished systems? Refurbished system Y/Y growth increased from 11 to 18 from prior year (new systems actually saw a decline from 16 to 9 systems).

I really don't know but it could be, because looks like they are looking for ready to use equipment. ASML delivery times are extending and the mass production of parts and subsystems for SMEE systems (all nodes) will take until next year, my guess is that they could make few systems for testing but I don't think they couldn't meet the demand until they have enough parts.

Jingrui Electric Materials: KrF photoresist is expected to be available in batches before the end of the year

That looks like, they also expanding their manufacturing capabilities to produce 1200 tons of "key" IC materials

A few days ago, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Meishan Jingrui Phase II project with an annual output of 1,200 tons of key electronic materials for integrated circuits was held.
The start of construction of the second phase of Meishan marks that the Meishan Jingrui integrated circuit key electronic material project has officially entered the fast lane. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into production in October 2022. After the completion of the project, Meishan Jingrui will become Jingrui Electric's second production base for key electronic materials for integrated circuits, thereby enhancing Jingrui's strength as a leading enterprise in key materials for integrated circuits in China.
