Last time i looked into this must have been summer last year, i checked out Aliyun, Huawei cloud and Tencent cloud they seems like they are at the same level of services as google cloud offerings. Aliyun seems close to what Azure offered but none comes close to what AWS offers. AWS is pretty much king when it comes to offerings and pricing.
Alicloud is the largest, followed by Huawei, tencent and baidu. China mobile, china telecom and several other big players are also quite significant.
Now UOS, KylinOS finally have the native LoongArch print drivers for over 95% of the printers
So, still taking time to have LoongArch fully supported on domestic OS.
Jiangsu Runhe software, which had been integrating LoongArch with HarmonyOS, has come out with 3 development platforms on OpenHarmony for LoongArch.
OpenHarmony itself is adding more support. All the major tech companies are developing to it

I checked Aliexpress and Taobao. Currently Loongarch boards are more expensive than ARM ones. They need demand to drive economies of scale and innovation to bring unit price down, but current high prices inhibit demand. Bit of a chicken and egg problem for them.
Loongarch support already in Linux kernel so that would create some demand.
