At the IQDEX 2024, the government of Iraq and NORINCO signed a memorandum of understanding on the export of "light and medium weapons and equipment" as well as technology transfers. The specifics of the deal are unclear at this time.
This deal is for small arms though.

By the way, I have a modest request. Is it possible to expand the scope of this thread to include all export land systems both new and old? China has been ramping up her exports lately, and the lack of a central information depository makes tallying exports more and more difficult. Maybe change the title to something along the lines of Chinese Military Exports (Land Systems).
