Looks like a car accident occurred.The Russians have made some minor modifications to Desert Cross 1000-3 ATVs.
Hard to believe that of all the stuff that Russia could have bought, they got that...
The Russians lack a multi-purpose service vehicle, so think of this one as a capillary. While trucks deliver supplies to the front line assembly areas, you will definitely need to use the vehicle to distribute these supplies to the front line trenches. Vehicle options now include the Lada, suv, and APC. You definitely want the APC to be used for offense, this vehicle frees up the APC. The Lada and SUV are still too big of a target for the current front lines, this vehicle is smaller.
This vehicle is also easy to modify, as in the photo, it has been mounted with twin machine guns. Also, since there is no windshield but a plastic panel, it means that you can fit an SPG-9 in the passenger seat with appropriate ammos. SSO and VDVs have previously released videos of ATGM teams using two-man ATVs but the ATGM can only be mounted in the backseat and lack ammo If you go "hunting" with this vehicle, you can carry more than one ATGMs.
