Colonel
You guys do have a point.

Toyota and dji have mainly civilian markets. This one seems to be designed for military requirements though.

The Desertcross 1000-3 is also available in the US.
In fact, it seems Odes Shandong factory is/was a subsidiary of an American company called Odes Industries LLC:

Here's a business news from 2019 about Shandong factory hosting delegation from National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. It mentions that the Shandong company was an investment by Odes in America.

Odes Industries LLC seems to have had a website at

ODES, which currently has a manufacturing plant in Shandong, China, recently signed a deal to build a new facility in 2018 in the south of China near Shanghai, since the majority of the company’s small parts suppliers are located in that region.
This was their company logo:

There's a similar sounding company that's alive called Odes Powersports that also sells ATVs, with this as company logo:

I had assumed it was the same company (and so thought it's amusing that the Chinese branch of an American company is supplying vehicles to Russian Army), but actually upon closer inspection at the company website it says in small print:

So perhaps the original Odes Industries went under, their Chinese operations survived on their own and another company sprang up in the US taking the name and logo design to rub off on the brand name.
