The long pylons are the same ones found on the H-6. This thing can (probably) carry large cruise missiles.
This is amazing.

Of course 5th gen and all sorts of high end precision weapons are needed to seize the skies and destroy the enemy "joints". But as I wrote earlier, the type of platform China is missing is something to fully exploit those breaches created by the high end forces.

I was calling for a simplfied but large unmanned design, only barely more advanced than the B-24 from ww2, to ensure easiest possible production by civilian conversion plants. And what would you know, a similar concept just appears simply like that, in real life and ready.

Yeah, when you realize you're looking at a small unmanned bomber...

This SS-UAV is almost certaintly an attack UAV. Besides being a drone mothership, it may be configured to be able to carry sonobuoy, depth charges or light weight torpedo for anti-submarine roles since UAVs usually have long endurance.

Engine mounted on top can hide heat signature, making it less vulnerable to heat seeking missiles from below.
