The aircraft lost control in flight for certain testing, hit a building before crashing to ground. One person on ground was injured and sent to hospital.

A novel UAV concept submitted by the China Helicopter Research and Development Institute (CHRDI) for an innovation competition. It's an ultra-high-altitude, ultra-high-endurance UAV powered by solar energy and onboard batteries. The main fuselage is a lifting body, while propellers are distributed along a ring structure. It's apparently capable of flying in near space.

Hylio is an American brand of agricultural drones. Nearly all the parts come from China, at least for this model which is their biggest.

Before starting the video, I already knew that the DJI drone must be much better all around and cost a lot less. Unsurprisingly I was right. I am still pleasantly surprised how 傻大粗苯 this American drone is. Ironically, this was how Chinese consumers felt about the domestic brands in the last century. But at least Chinese were not forced paying twice as much for inferior products.

Also LOL on the guy when he refused to say which drone is better then he went on concluding that DJI "is a better fit for most people at half the price of Hylio".

I like how on the official Hylio AG272 product page they put an American flag down the middle and carefully rotated all the motors so that the (Hobbywing) X11 printed on the motors are facing away

Y-5U unmanned transport has successfully conducted its maiden flight. The flight took place in Morin Dawa Daur Autonomous Banner, Inner Mongolia and lasted 13 minutes, during which the aircraft flew for 36km and reached an altitude of 720m.
