It's apparently classified as a low cost drone and can be launched from multiple platforms. This particular model (not sure it's to scale) on display is the air launched version. I have no further information.

Thanks

It is for unmanned systems. Recoil is very important for a lightweight UAV, especially while firing in full auto. The muzzle climb would throw the UAV off balance from the first shot.
This old Turkish drone with a rifle suspended below the body seems to mitigate the recoil issue,

any details on the mechanism that eliminates recoil?
If it is electronically primed ammo, sounds like caseless ammunition. From the description it sounds like there is no need for the gas to reset the bolt and extract the casing, so all the exhaust is vented upward like a compensator.

Cross-posted from the radar development thread, as this is of relevance to the growing capabilities of small drones.

AVIC's compact synthetic aperture radars (SAR) designed for small tactic UAVs to provide real-time, all-weather battlefield intelligence down to the squad level.
