If it's a 125mm gun, there would be a new single-piece 125mm ammunition debut too :D
Which would definitely help with the problem of having to adapt 125 mm penetrators to the carousel autoloader used on ZTZ96s, 99s, and so on. I'm looking forward to this year's airshow!

The second photo shows every driver and gunner in roughly the same position, this reflects high consistency in their techniques of entering the vehicles, which in turns reflects a lot of training.
I would argue the opposite. This is clearly a photo op and while you see lots of training I'm seeing the opposite. The devil.is all in.the details.

The way the rifles are slung and the lack of gloves on almost all of them show a severe lack of any real world experiences in warfighting.

An injured hand of even a crew member significantly reduces unit combat effectiveness. Gloves are crucial for heavy equipment crew where it can come in contact with hot surfaces, sharp objects or just preventing the hands from being pinched etc.
