That's kind of because the WS-15 now not the same engine as the one envisioned when the program started. Y'know, restarting an aeroengine program from scratch kinda doesn't really scream "on schedule."
As for the WS-10H... I dunno.
It’s pretty much in service. Just not perhaps at the production run rate they originally planned for this year (which is still *much* higher than whatever production run rate was initially expected when the program first started).

I missed this news: back in February, broke ground on a in Chengdu. Established in 2016, ZFTX is an aero-engine manufacturer formed by alumnus of Beihang University. The new base will contain a high-altitude engine test bench for small to medium aero-engines, among other facilities. Judging by the latest images, the foundations have been finished, and above ground structures are being erected.
AEP-100 delivered.
The Russians are looking for a 1000 hp engine to re-engine the An-2. This could do it.
Should also be a great engine for all kinds of drones.
Russia's own VK-1600S was also funded just recently, it has a similar power level, but it will take some time for it to come out.
China is already ahead of Russia in this engine class. I don't know technically but at least a working Chinese engine exists.
It will be great to see all these Chinese engines come to fruition this decade.

As we all know, the WS-15 project was officially launched in 2006. I don’t quite understand why you think the WS-15 project has been going on for more than 30 years?
