We don't know.Does the ws-15 actually have a max twr of 10+ while the F119 has a max twr of only 7? That's a pretty big difference. Then again F119 was made in the 80s

What I gathered, which may be false, is that the WS-15's TWR is 9+ with GJB, but not 10. However, it is around or more than 11 using F119/RU engines' little calculation trick.
I actually expect the WS-19 instead to have a full 10+ TWR with GJB.
