EJ200 and M88? Yeah but none in the 120kn above class.
But they have far more use behind them in comparison and that matters a lot.
After Pakistanis have used WS-10 for a while we'll know more.

3.France, China, russia(both WS-15 and Prj-30 aren’t ready, PD-14 ahead of CJ-1000A but CJ-2000 is 2 years ahead of PD-35)
4.does it really matter?
Nah, M-88 ,CFM-56 and LEAP, they are not entirely French but their collaboration with Americans surely boost them significantly, and they have their own technical standards, French TWR standard is the most strict one in the worldFrance is developing their own (not something they share with others) turbojet for smaller business planes so they are behind China and Russia.
If sanctions hit Russia really hard they probably fall on the list.

They're definitely not anywhere near the top. Both are very behind in civilian turbofans, but both do have experience with high bypass military turbofans that could maybe be substitutes in a pinch like we saw with the Soviet D-30 series. China has a large WS-20 and Japan has a small F-7. Japan also has some experience in civilian engines through JAEC, while China has the CJ-1000/2000 under development that so far seems to be doing okay, so I'm a little hopeful.I forgot about civilian engines. Should China and Japan even be on that list? AFAIK neither have produced their own domestic engine for civilian aircraft
I am aware of CJ series for China's COMAC, is Japan doing/has done anything similar? They're definitely not anywhere near the top. To be fair, making a 140kn engine with decent service life like the WS-10 is a small feat by itself, not to mention all sorts of TVC and sawtooth configurations that we've seen. I would say they're both advanced just in different ways
HF-120 for Hondajet, does that count? It’s a joint project with GE thoughI am aware of CJ series for China's COMAC, is Japan doing/has done anything similar?
