"Test Flight Center completed first domestic plateau taking off/landing performance tests of fighter aircraft."

Don't know which two types of engines were tested in Chin-hai province.

I read about it on the Chinese boards. I didn't know if it was credible. What was posted there it was the WS-15 and WS-10G or H.

It says that mass production version of Er-Mei WS-15 was finalized in July 2014. Technology demonstration/validation version was put into shelf in May 2006. And the first prototype was tested successfully in March 2007.

It's so unbelievable they could keep the development under the radar over the years. I hope the source is reliable.

Not believing this one at its face. We know that the engine CORE began testing in 2006-7, and we have indications that they finished CORE testing in late 2013. We also have some indications that they built a complete prototype (core, LP , and AB) in 2014. If those indications are true, then it's unlikely that a production version is ready. My take has been that a production variant has only just started testing.

Let's see, so if the production variant is ready for testing, it'll probably fly on a testbed for 2015-2016 (either a J-11 or Il76).

Then in late 2016, or more likely 2017, they start flying it on the LRIP J-20s.

2019 for a WS-15 J-20 sounds most likely keeping with General He's remarks. You could aim for a 2017 handover to the first squadron by speeding up the pre-J20 flight tests (like starting now, on more platforms to maximize data collection), as well as flight testing more J-20s with WS-15s, but that's going to be very expensive, and more operationally risky in the short term.
