Foxconn is using the same machinery and equipment in India. How come the quality is so lousy?
I don't think it's the same equipment. The most key equipment and logistics setups are usually a fairly guarded trade secret.

Unlikely that the Chinese parent company brings the best it has to India of all places. And the workforce education is different.

Foxconn is a Taiwanese company. As such, nothing prevents it from bringing key equipment to India.

While BYDE may not put its latest and greatest production process in overseas plant, I don't see why Foxconn would be constrained in that.

Yes and as such beholden to domestic Chinese laws regarding export and import. Especially since much of the factory equipment is bought from other companies, most of them also Chinese.

Restrictions on what sensitive processes can be shared outside China.

The difference in quality and production ability speaks for itself no? If Foxconn was given permission to share all trade secrets, there would be no difference in product results...

There would still be a difference in yield and quality due to inferior labor.

That Bloomberg article is a shocker, given it's Bloomberg. It almost even comes off sounding like apologia to give moral backing to Xi's actions. What is going on with Bloomberg? First the fake Chinese spy chips that don't exist, a million other fake anti-China articles, and now this pivot? Did the government grants allotted to Bloomberg for anti-China news suddenly run out? And China-neutral or China-positive articles are like Bloomberg's way of threatening the government to ramp up the spending on anti-China news?
It's like the post nut clarity after the 4 year MSM circlejerk.

Easy - what's the defining between China and India? The people.

"a few words" - it's the Decisions document from 3rd Plenum of the 20th CPC Party Congress - This is the overarching document that defines economic policy for the next decade - get with the program - this is the most consequential economic document since 2013. If you fail to understand the importance of this document, you really should not have an opinion on Chinese economy. Get some help.

Yes, it is just so equal that rural residents get 200 rmb/month in retirement vs 6000 rmb/month for government bureaucrats. You might as well argue that most people in the US have health insurance (including the high deductible savings plans for McD workers).
The two hundred yuan received in rural areas is a subsidy and not a pension. Is it fair to receive the same pension no matter how much you have contributed?

Why can't you just answer the point?
"Because even people with a Beijing household registration are treated the same in Shanghai as people without a Shanghai household registration. This is the prerequisite for completely abolishing the restriction on household registration." So do you think the answer is not comprehensive? This policy is for everyone, including but not limited to rural areas!
