Wuhan probably have some of the best street food breakfast in all of China. Guangdong's dim sum is overrated IMO. Of all the places I've been to in China, Wuhan got the most varied options and wide range of flavours.

Nowadays a lot of old vendors are retiring/died from old age, can't find some stuff anymore. There is a thing called roaster crown dumplings (deep fried dumplings with a puffed dough that's shaped like a roaster crown), but I can't find that anymore....
