The "Yongzhou" tunneling machine rolls off the production line on Feb 26, 2024 in Changsha, Hunan province. With a Chinese dragon pattern on its cutter head, the machine is 135 meters long, with an excavation diameter that can reach 14.57 meters. It will be used in the construction of the Jintang Undersea Tunnel, the world's longest undersea high-speed railway tunnel, which links the cities of Ningbo and Zhoushan in Zhejiang province.
