Unfortunately China is still very conservative about such matters. I don't think they teach sex ed in schools and most teenage boys learn about it through pirated porn.

^^ Not good..Not good at all. The Parents and or schools should be teaching their children about sex about at age 12-13.

The Elementary school that I went to started the birds and bees lesson at 5th grade. However you have to get parental consent for the kids to see the video.

Well back in the stone age when I went to school they did not teach sex ed until the 9th grade. My kids all who grew up in California were taught sex ed in the 6th grade.

ADM Mullen looked tried to me. Not bored. He did read a prepared statement before any questions were asked. He answered the questions within the parameters of the regulations set by the US DoD and State Department.
