This man has way too much time on his hands. I must say awesome job. The caption below is my only information. It does not look drivable. But who knows!?

It is not driveable indeed. He's making money out of renting them out to companies for publicity stunts.

Well, I post these photos to show my dissatisfaction of the current human. Where have all their intuitive knowledge gone? This is not a lone event of such cases which happen in China.

According to the published photos on Weibo, an old man fell down and bang his head on the hard tile floor sidewalk West Huaihai Road in Shanghai, China. No one cared to help when the old man waved his trembling hands for recourse. Finally, a western woman who passed by the scene lent her hands to help. Due to language barrier, she had to pay surrounding people to call an ambulance.

I can't imagine that's a tourist beach! What's that in the far left background? Is it a garbage collection vehicle?

I don't know if it's a bit "dirty" to talk about toilet. However, I remember when China first joint WTO, the Phoenix TV interviewed the minister about how China will act after joining WTO. The minister (I don't remember his name) then talk about "rules of game" that everybody must obey and act accordingly. He raised an example about going to toilet that he once went to a public toilet and heard some strange sound in the next door, so he went over to check it out and saw a boy trying to flush the toilet but failed. He asked him what happened, and the boy said that he couldn't flush the toilet. The minister explained that the boy understand the rules that after he goes to toilet he must flush it. Furthermore, in the air collision accident between the US and China, the then Chinese president, Mr. Jiang Zhe Min, said that "What have been said must be done. What have been done, there must be a result" (言必行,行必果). Now, in many cases I've seen after going to toilet, people do flush but is it clean? They never care. They just flush and go. And in the above case, they just sit and go. They never care that later people come and find nowhere to sit down.
