This is an another ugly incident involving the NYPD. Anyone in NYC have anymore details??

An 84-year-old man called Kang Chun Wong was bloodied by the New York police on Sunday after allegedly jaywalking on the Upper West Side, New York City. Wong needed to be hospitalized for a head wound after police knocked him to the ground when he tried to walk away as they ticketed him. An eyewitness said the man did not seem like he understood English or knew what was going on. He was charged with obstruction of government administration, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, cops said. [Photo: Sina]

Film at eleven....there have several pedestrians killed in NYC recently. The NYPD commissioner Braton recently called for a crackdown on jaywalkers and drivers.

In another video I saw through my roku box from AOL, the man beaten son is an attorney.

Be sure to watch the first video!..His very well spoken son makes a statement.

Sheesh what was in the NYPD a...s just to rough up this old man? He doesn't look like a terrorist or some kind of threat.

A sad story from Vietnam. Five children were abandoned by their parents. The oldest one is only 13 year old and they have to rely on catching scorpion exchange for foods. Sometime, they don't have enough food for eating. They were finally sent to their grand-mother but she is a 60+ old lady. She can't even feed herself enough, let alone the children.

I thought the left one was called stun gun. China produces many types of the right-side stun gun, and they're even available in Cambodia with only $20 per piece. However, not many policemen equipped with this toy.

I do like how the "gun" isn't, and the one shaped like a phaser has a name that rhymes with it.

Let's start a movement to swap these names. :p .
