Not quite, a lot of people (yes including old grannies) don't give a shit about verbal warnings, especially if there's the "mob mentality". There are also a lot of these incidents happening (truck rolls over, village people grab everything they can), so they probably don't even think it's against the law.

It's amazing there are no riots and looting in Japan after disasters. Great example for the rest of the world.

LMAO....they're getting ready for Chinese New Year! I see some of my FOB relatives are going ghetto on this opportunity.:p;)

Something similar to beer looting in Vietnam, huh?

I, (Equation, take you (Liu Yan), to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish; from this day forward until death do us part.

Do you have to say "I do"? Then she replied "I ..."

A nice photo of the Xue Long. It's good to hear that it can escape the ice on its own power. Now, the Shokalskiy will be lonely and wait for the Polar Star to arrive. Will Polar Star be successful? or get stuck again like the Xue Long did?

Yes but unfortunately the MOB mentality of TEPCO of hiring homeless men off the street to do the most dangerous hazardous work at the Fukushima nuclear plant because they have little money and little to no voice at all if they died from radiation over dose.

Aren't you supposed to be on a plane to China, Equation? Houston might be too provincial to have direct flights to China, so you might have to go to Austin.
