Russia just put in place a law the US has where anyone can make airplane parts if the original supply isn't available. The state put in place a certification agency for these parts and Rosatom has been making them.You think China cannot replicate Boeing parts if they wanted to? You underestimate China's copying abilityJust cause they r respecting Boeing IP doesn't mean they will continue to, if push comes to shove.
From what I understand a lot of secondary part suppliers already exist in China. The government just needs to fully unleash them.
