I wonder why they project bomber projection to stop in the 2020s?

It seems that x is the wing forward edge sweep angle. The other two must be viewing angle from the receivers point. Beta should be above or below the plane with negative being from below, and phi should be clockwise angle with the nose facing 12 o'clock.
I don't think it is a stealth design though because the engine fan seems unobstructed. Not sure if this is even a serious design.
