A cost effective vehicle mounted ATGM system. This isn't a missile per se, but a set of sensors, communications, and guidance/control sub-systems that can be retrofitted onto various vehicles and turn them into ATGM launch vehicles capable of hitting moving and fixed targets within a range of 6km. The system comes with all the necessary components such as sensor turrets, control consoles, communications hardware, backend software, etc. It enables cooperative engagement among multiple vehicles equipped with the system.

A guided rocket can control its trajectory in flight, a non-guided rocket just follows a set trajectory after being fired. Be it a straight one, or a ballistic one, or whatever. A rocket in common jargon is a missile which uses a rocket motor to propel itself.

What are the differences between "guided rockets" and "missiles powered by rocket motors"?
Missile is a term for self powered projectile. So a cruise missile is a missile even if powered by jet engine rather than rocket motor.

Missile don't have to be guided but today it's almost used as meaning guided Missile.

Not really. Missile is more generic than that. For example an arrow fired with a bow is a missile and it is not powered.
Even a stone thrown with a sling is a missile. Or a hand thrown rock. It basically means any weapon projectile.
