The Chinese text states that the missile is a micro missile (微小型导弹) in the 5kg-class (5公斤级导弹). As for its effectiveness, it depends on what the intended targets are. Obviously a 5kg warhead isn't going to take out a fortified bunker, but against unarmored and lightly armored vehicles, infantry formations, or concealed combats in urban combat zones, 5kg warheads should be sufficient.
A five kilogram warhead can be suitable for many purposes. What i was questioning is that i very highly doubt the weight of entire missile (warhead, body, fins, electronics) is only 5KG

recently. It's developed by a company called Feiteng (飞腾). The missile weighs only 5kg and can be launched by an individual soldier or from airborne, vehicle-mounted, as well as ship-based platforms. It's capable of autonomous action and networked swarm. The seekers are modular (infrared, daylight, laser guidance).

Hmm ... there is already an even smaller missile available called QN-202:

Sorry, I see how I have confused you with my last post. I didn't proofread it. Yes, the missile itself (warhead, guidance, propulsion and all) weighs approximately 5kg. It's really not that unbelievable. Even smaller missiles exist.

Looks like 6 of them in a backpack, and launched from a gun-like device. 2 km range maybe this is for against drones.

NAVAir Spike F2M2 is a 2.4kg missile all up. The warhead is 1lb (454g) EFP. Range is 3.2km+

A 5kg all-up missile with the same warhead could probably round that up to 5km.

If you take the write up for the ZR-1500(?) and the experience from the Ukraine conflict, something like this "close defense vehicle with 12 micro missiles" can possibly protect SAM batteries, artillery batteries, command posts, etc from loitering munitions like Lancet and Spike NLOS.

Alternate use in a man portable role is definately anti-vehicle and anti-hardpoint given operational experience of troops proclivity to expend very expensive atgm on similar tasks. (Oh yes, anti drone too - lest the drone brings the heavy metal rain)

Allegedly launched from a J-16, looks like AKF-88C. Because this involves capturing a high-speed object, there may be image stretching caused by the jelly effect:

Is this from the same video clips where a J-16 pilot claimed to score a hit through the hole made by a previous bomb Top Gun 2 style?

I saw this too and IMO clearly a AKF-88C ... at least I know no missile with such fins other than the AKF-88C.
