Hmmmm ... Looks very much like an Il-76 ... I'm almost sure this is an even an older image of one prior to KJ-2000-conversion ?

EDIT: the one attached is from June 2007 and is almost the same. :(

^^ With its current configuration there is no way that it can hit those design goals, I think using D30K/WS18 it will have a MTOW of 190-200t and a payload capacity of 50t. With four WS20 it may finally realize the alleged goal of 230t/65t.

I'm unable to read the texts ( silly me ), but looking at the numbers I get the impression than Y-20 is considerably slower than the other transports so probably has a much lower wing loading. Is that correct?

What's that last one on the bottom right?
He's modeled a hypothetical of what a Conformal Airborne Early Warning variant might look like.
Instead of using a dome the Radar is mounted into the hull allowing a radar picture not as interrupted by the aircraft it's self.

Looks a lot more realistic than the comparison in post 848.

I mean I'll seriously be surprised if Y-20 is only a meter or two longer than C-2 and shorter than Il-76..
