Not sure what airshow is this, but that sign can't be mistaken. Looks like the WS-20 engined Y-20 will be available for export.
Not many competition in this space too, C-17 is out of production, Il-76 production rate is way too low, Kawasaki C-2 is almost half the size.

Y-20BE means export variant powered by WS-20 engines. market is wide open just need better marketing strategy this time.
Saw some rumors on Weibo that an unknown rich West Asian/Middle Eastern country has expressed interests in procuring the Y-20.
If that's true (hopefully not the "Saudis wanting to buy 12 052DEs" yet again), then given that Kuwait and UAE already operate C-17s - Bahrain, Oman and (especially) Saudi Arabia could be the prospective customers.
