Is China supplying weapons to Serbia?

Serbia is pro-Russia ?

Serbia is probably traditionally the most pro-Russian EU state. At the moment, it's Hungary, but that's more related to Urban.
Seems like the planes were flying over NATO airspace that includes Turkey and Bulgaria. That Stolenberg guy will be very unhappy over it. Wonder what leverage China has over Bulgaria.

I'm not sure how they can stop it since it's just a standard cargo operation.

Technically they are Neutral. Same for Bosnia. After the breakup of Yugoslava. Slovenia, North Macedonia and Croatia joined NATO. Kosovo I am not sure on. Bosnia has reportedly been under pressure from the Russians. Serbia doesn’t view NATO as a friendly entry. NATO forces made strikes on Serbia during the Yugoslav war.

this demonstrates that China has reached a level of strategic air lift capability and operational knowledge to use it for long range deployment and more importantly to Europe

I think if it wasn't for the War In Europe this news would have been on every front page newspaper

Mongolia have military exercises "Khaan Quest" with countries other than China and Russia, notably US. So US servicemen and weapons flew over either Chinese or Russian airspace. So I think this is basically a consensus like commonly accepted business rules, as long as countries involved have not "撕破脸" like Russia vs. EU/US right now.
