Egypt and Bahrain have signed a cooperation contract to co-develop with China a hyperspectral imager to be carried by Chang'e-7's orbiter. The imager will be used to identify and analyze lunar surface materials.

Galactic Energy has begun construction on a new R&D and production base for solid rockets in Ziyang, Sichuan. The base will eventually cover some 89 acres.

That was fast. The first phase of Galactic Energy's new solid rocket production base will be completed and put into production next month. The first phase occupies some 40 acres and contains launch vehicle assembly and component production plants, as well as testing facilities.

ZTE, Huawei and Galaxy space have won the bid for China mobiles experimental satellite project (looks like re-usable satellite)
I think you may be confused by the term 再生试验星 for re-usable. I am certain it is not in the sense of re-usable rocket that somehow the satellite can be returned to earth.

There are two types of satellite in the bid. One is 透明转发试验星 which is transparent relay, the other being 再生试验星 which is "regeneration" as in signal regeneration. Transparent relay is a simpler process mostly to amplify the incoming signal to forward to the next point. Regeneration is more complicated which may include decoding, unpacking and packing and coding again. Anyway regeneration is not re-usable.
