How is China expecting the long march 8 to launch 50 times a year when it has barely managed a single launch a year so far and with like a dozen reusable rocket designs in the pipeline expected to make their maiden flight in the next 2 years? Some of them are even made by state own companies.
It really feels like there's two sides in the chinese space sector right now. A entrenched conservative side that really doesn't believe in reusable rockets and a more risk taking side that's going all in on reusable rockets, and both of them are just doing their own thing. Feels very messy.
