Some updates from Tianbing Technology (天兵科技), also known as , which is a private venture aiming to develop a new generation of rocket engines and launch vehicles that use ambient temperature, non-toxic HCP liquid propellant.

Well it seems all happening today for LM5-DY or whatever it's called now:
Successful long duration hot fire test of YF-75E, 3rd stage engine for the new-generation manned rocket.
The title says 三级发动机关深阶段研制目标圆满完成, meaning 3rd stage engine has fulfilled all objectives of "key tech research phase". It means that 3rd stage engine has met the requirements to enable the rocket program to be officially endorsed.
All the "rushes" are meant for CZ-5DY "立项" that is the rocket program getting official approval to start, there will be official designation once approved.

High thrust test site finished testing of large thrust LH/LOX engine. I suppose this is referring to YF-90. I would be more happier if the article has elaborated on what kind of test was done, we know that half-system test was done some time ago.

China starts selecting 4th batch of astronauts

China started the selection process of the fourth batch of astronauts to join later manned space missions, according to the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA).
Between 12 and 14 candidates will be chosen, including seven or eight pilots. Engineers will also be selected as well as two payload experts.
The pilots will be selected among active pilots of China's armed forces. The engineers will be picked from researchers and technicians in aerospace or related industries. And the payload experts will be drafted among those also researching space science.
The posts of payload experts are also open to applicants from Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions for the first time.
The CMSA will carry out the selection procedure which is expected to last about 18 months.
Currently the Astronaut Center of China is training the third batch of 18 astronauts before they are certified for space missions.
China has 21 astronauts in total from the first and the second generations. 14 of them have taken part in nine missions, including the latest Shenzhou-14 mission.
