There is no problem. The NASA new moon suit weights about the same, and yet you can see that Kristine Davis was able to walk around well in the demonstration last year.

Wow, 120 kg. Can't help but wonder how they can walk when they're not in space.

The weight is distributed throughout the suit. It isn’t as if they are wearing it in backpack form.
