Another interesting payload of LM-7 is "Aolong 1" debris cleaner. I can imagine many usages.
It has a robotic arm. It can grab big debris with the arm and drag them to the atmosphere to be burnt.

It is true as ion thruster is much much more efficient than conventional chemical reaction powered
