A rather vague timeline. From what I can see...

2015: company founded
2017: liquid (I assume fuel) based rocket engine project officially began (?)
2018: small cargo rocket first flight
2022: medium cargo rocket first flight
2023-24: spaceship (I assume they mean a spacecraft, capsule based) project officially began

They selected some strange fill in pictures. I think they're definitely not looking to develop an SLS equivalent rocket by 2022... nor are they looking to develop a sci fi spaceship by 2023.

Sloppiness by the creator of the chart, reminds one of the F-16 showing on the website about Chinese IE system applications a while back.
