Yes it's on the card. I've seen a photo of both Tianhe module side by side on the ground even.I saw this YouTube video a few weeks back that said that the Chinese space station could actually get larger because China usually creates a backup for everything in case the initial one is lost. I remember hearing this somewhere myself. Anyone think that's possible because what do they do with the backup when they don't need one?
Where's the robotic arm to grapple and dismantle the ISS though?Yes it's on the card. I've seen a photo of both Tianhe module side by side on the ground even.

Note that Tianhe 1's solar panels have been detached and moved to Mengtian and Wentian while Tianhe 2 still has its solar panels attached. If you look up the official animation of the functions of the large robotic arm detaching and moving solar panel is listed as one of its capabilities.
Yes, two core modules were built and the station is expandable. It could also be interesting as a core module of a new station, perhaps a commercial one?I saw this YouTube video a few weeks back that said that the Chinese space station could actually get larger because China usually creates a backup for everything in case the initial one is lost.
