After some pause, here he is again spouting propaganda about Chinese vessels intruding into PH waters, these news leaks are intended to put the PH leadership in an awkward position and to put pressure on the PH government to take more anti China actions. This is a deliberate attempt by these Western propagandists to sabotage any potential backdoor negotiations between China and the PH. Something needs to be done to deal with these provocateurs.
