The proposal of Chabahar was purely Indian idea just to jeopardize CPEC however, since Iran is already shows his intentions to join CPEC (same like Russia & ECO countries) hence Chabahar is no more on radar (dead proposal now).
The purpose is not to jeopardize CPEC but to achieve economical access for Indian trade to Afghanistan and Central Asia without crossing Pakistan. That purpose remains.

If not then why India officially raise objection to China for CPEC & announced several times that they will let CPEC a successful story.

RAW agents were arrested in Baluchistan Province & they accepted that the task for them was to destabilize the region. All proofs have been given to UN & US.

I will dig in & try to give you the video links of Indian minsters in the same regard.

LOWARI TUNNEL.: Govt provides Rs 25 Billion for construction of lowari Tunnel ,The project would be completed in next four months.
The federal government has provided twenty-five billion rupees for construction of Lowari Tunnel during last three years.
the project would be completed in next four months and opened to all kind of traffic. It would give free access to the people of Chitral who remain disconnected from rest of the country in extreme weather conditions.
Meanwhile, 106MW Golan-Gol Hydro Power Project in Chitral district is also under construction.
Its completion would facilitate establishment of industrial units and keep would eradicate poverty in the areas.

The port and Indian talk ( even by Modi himself ) and, as you say, actions about supporting subversion in Baluchistan are parallel matters. India hopes by winning over the Kabul government to deprive Pakistan of strategic depth and therefore needs to be able to increase aid and trade to Afghanistan but the port in Iran wouldn't damage Gwadar or CPEC. To the contrary increasing the use of the transport routes through Iran will improve the transport from and to the west from Gwadar which lies only a short distance East of Chabahar.

India probably objects to CPEC because it fears growing Chinese influence in what it considers its sphere of influence (the South Asia/Indo-Pacific region), and it reacted to uphold its national interests. One can argue if it's better for India to join Belt and Road Initiative, but one can't argue it's legitimate and rational for India to employ its comprehensive national power in pursuance of its interests.
