Khuzdar Motorway (M.8) is in the process of completion of Shahdad Kot area by the end of this year. Kashif Zaman, the spokesperson of the National Highway Authority (NHA), told the "Sunday" that the project was divided into three parts.
The first part was 57.5 kilometers, 42.5 kilometers long in the second part and 51.1 km long in the third part, with which the first two sections have been completed and the construction of bridges and other infrastructures has been completed in the third phase. It is worth mentioning that Khuzdar is a part of the Shahdad Kot - Rato Dero - Gwadar Motorway (M.8).
Motorway that will connect Sukkur and Larkana to Gwadar. M-8, starting from Rato Dero in Sindh, passing through Balochistan, passing through Khuzdar, Awaran, Khoshab, Turbat towns, and Makran Coastal Highway, which is located in the east of Gwadar.
